As you guys know HD movies take up alot of space on your hard drive and they take forever to download if you don't have fast internet connection. My suggestion is why don't the movies uploader convert the movies to a smaller size say 300MB lower quality before uploading them. That way the person downloading will be able to download faster and if he or she want to make it higher quality than he or she will just use a video converter program to convert it to higher quality.

I mean basically if you rip the video from DVD than even if you convert it to smaller lower quality, all the element is still there and you can convert it back to HD anytime. All it takes is just some converter program lol.
